Copy of A September update from Hawaiian Palm Baskets: Safe and operational on Kauai

Community & Operational Update
Safe, grounded, and moving forward after Hurricane Lowell.
Following the passage of Hurricane Lowell across Kauai, we want to share the welcome news that Ron and I are safe, our home studio is intact, and we remain operational. While storms inevitably leave their mark on the coastline, they also reveal the enduring resilience of our island community.
We are deeply touched by the outpouring of calls, messages, and well wishes from friends, collectors, and partners near and far. Your care carries us through every season.
Location Status
Where to find our work
The Beach House
Temporarily Closed
Due to property damage sustained during the storm, our monthly Craft Fair at The Beach House is currently closed for repairs. We will share reopening updates as soon as restoration work allows.
Island Partners & Online
Open & Operational
Hawaiian Palm Baskets remain available through our other island hotels showings. For direct fulfillment and current offerings, placing orders through our online store remains the most reliable option.
Island Spirit
Kauai gathers together.
Every fallen palm frond is cleared through shared hands, neighbor helping neighbor across the south shore and beyond. It is this same respect for the land and our materials that informs every basket we create from sustainable island flora.
Mahalo nui loa for your ongoing patronage and support during this recovery period.
A hui hou! Much Aloha,
Amy and Ron
